We purchased the kodak i40 scanner and tested it for a week. It was absolutely excellent. We have now purchased a further 7 i40's from tradescanners and have used them without any problems.

We now have three of these scanners within our business.
They are excellent value for money and very fast and efficient. Since our attempt to become a paperless office began last year, we have already scanned tens of thousands of documents we had in paper form. The scanner is remarkably small and unobtrusive yet we can scan up to about 30 sheets per minute. The worst job is removing all the staples first!
After about 9 months of fairly heavy use, they are still working well and we've created masses of extra office space by getting rid of the old filing cabinets! Certainly a worthwhile investment.
