Speeds range from 40 pages per minute for an A4 size in portrait (black & white/300dpi/simplex) to a highly productive 260 images per minute for smaller formats such as cheques (black & white /300 dpi/duplex).A range of unique features - including an on-screen 'scan panel', 'skip blank page' function and pre-scan mode - simplify operation and save time.

While a text enhancement mode improves legibility for text written on a coloured background, highlighted text and pencil markings. An optional Endorser is available, which automatically stamps documents for control and tracking purposes. Another productive option is Canon's Exchange Roller Kit, ensuring maximum uptime throughout the scanner's entire lifetime.
