Delivery of the machine was next day after placing the order.
We wanted to purchase a reliable scanner where we could scan client documents to files in order to free up storage space now and in the future.
The scanner was very easy to install and operate, without having previous knowledge or experience.
The software that comes with the scanner is easy to use and automatoically detects if there is anything on the back of a page and can automatically rotate and save documents, just incase you have lots of paper clip holes in the edge that needs feeding into the machine.
The main drawback is that if you put the 50 pages as mentioned in the sheet feeder, you get paper jams. I put in a max of 20 without problem
